🧾 Plan & Yield Information

  • Plan: Maintenance
  • Yield: 16 slices per loaf
  • Serving Tip: Enjoy warm, toasted, or as a side with eggs, soups, or salads.

🥄 Ingredients for Almond Bread

  • ½ cup Kerry Gold butter, melted
  • 6 large pastured eggs
  • ½ tsp liquid stevia
  • 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×4-inch foil loaf pan generously.
  2. In a stainless-steel bowl, whisk the eggs thoroughly.
  3. Slowly add melted butter in a thin stream while whisking constantly to avoid cooking the eggs.
  4. Add the liquid stevia and vanilla extract; mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder. Add to the egg mixture and stir until a thick batter forms.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then run a knife around the edges and transfer the loaf to a wire rack to cool completely.
