INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups strawberries (organic is best), hulled and finely diced
  • 1/2 a small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper (stems/seeds removed), finely diced
  • 2/3 cup cilantro (or parsley), finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pink Himalayan salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Liquid stevia, to taste, if needed

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix gently. Yum!
